     yes it is okay, I am doing it right now. It doesn't do anything to you. Your body will get rid of the drink in a few hours. Besides if there was a problem either the doctor or the pharmacy would have told you about it. The main thing is to not to mix certain prescriptions with alcohol. That is a big major no, no.

    This girl i know gives her almost 2 yr old a can of DRANK in his sippy cup every night. I know it's crazyy but tell me what yall think & the hazards?
    DRANK can be bought at the local convience store so it's not considered a DRUG or anything.

      It's not a good idea. Children of that age should never be given those sorts of drinks.They're bad for them. She should try giving him milk instead, that releases enzymes that make children tired and it's a good source of calcium. It's also a lot healthier than the drinks she's currently giving him.

    Do you think that energy drinks would cancel the effects of my anti depressant pristiq?
    So before I started talking pristiq I had no headaches no bad after effects from energy drinks but since I started taking pristiq EVERY time I have a energy drink I get after effects that are effects I get when I get discontinuation effects. So would the caffine negate the effects of my pristiq and give me discontinuation effects?

If it allows a young person to feel active, get outside and play, grab a skateboard or hop on a bike, getting phys exercise.....Im sure there are some adults who would find something wrong with that. Thank goodness there are alternates to playstation and face-booking I say! Caffeine is the addictive element that makes coffee so appealing — and provides the jolt to smooth the transition from sleep to facing another day at work or school.
      But if your daily dose of caffeine is up around 600 mg, you may start to show symptoms of caffeine overdose. They will vary from individual to individual.Exercises is the best source of energy for me.It is free and all can try it.Be active!!

    What foods and drinks have anti-depressant effects?
    I have been drinking red bull a few times every week now and have noticed it has anti-depressant effects
    i just googled it and others have noticed too, one of the sites noted that "Inositol" and "Glucuronolactone" contained in red bull is what forms the anti-depressant effects.

    I hear all the time that energy drinks are bad for the heart and can cause heart attacks, so i'm asking what OTHER foods or drinks have anti-depressant effects that aren't as bad and that i can buy at my local stores

      I don't think either of those ingredients are necessarily bad for you as inositol is a part of the Vitamin B complex and glucuronolactone is present in your connective tissue. But I'm sure in excess, they'll kill you like everything else eventually does. Energy drinks are pretty acidic and will do a good job at dissolving tooth enamel. That alone is a good reason to switch to water.

      A doctor once told me to eat more bananas as they have decent levels of serotonin in them. But are super high in sugar as well. But if you love bananas, why not give it a try?

      Wow, no clue. I haven't even heard of it down here in Texas, and my friends and I are junkies for weird things like that!

      How did you hear of it? If you know of it from a friend you should ask them. From what I've seen on the internet its pretty new and should be very hard to find. Until then, you should check every convenience store you happen to walk into and also your surrounding grocery stores, like Walmart.
