Energy Drink Mix

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), which is also called chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), and myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), is known for its symptoms associated with extreme fatigue that cause a substantial reduction in activity level. Although the severity of these symptoms may differ among people, they will hang on or reoccur frequently for more than six months and most commonly continue for three to five years.

Another cause to chronic fatigue symptom is fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS). FMS, which is found in about 80% of CFS patients, is a painful shortening of muscles throughout the body, causing many tender knots in the muscles, and leading to a sleep disorder. The tender knots, which are also called trigger points, are the source of the aches and pains that people with fibromyalgia and CFS feel.

Although treating chronic fatigue syndrome is a significant challenge, an integrated treatment approached, individualized to each patient, can improve patients dramatically. The first line of treatment is medications that provide symptom relief, including medications for pain, sleep disturbances, digestive problems, depression and anxiety and flu-like symptoms. However, these medications only put a bandage on symptoms instead of addressing the root problems. As a result, medications need to be supplemented by other supportive treatments such as counseling for emotional and mental health, cognitive behavioral therapy, sleep management therapy, and massage.

There are also several vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that can have powerful positive effects on a person with CFS. Each of these minerals in a chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia formula should work together to improve energy levels and overall health.       Alcohol is a depressant which means it slows your heart rate to below it's normal bpm and monster or redbull is a stimulant which increases your heart rate. Mixing a depressant and a stimulate puts a strain on your heart. Drinking this combination in reasonable amounts shouldn't do you any harm but if you're going out and getting pretty messed up with this cocktail then I wouldn't recommend it

      OK I gotta be the buzz kill here BUT! this is really dangerous to do. All the caffeine masks the effects of the alcohol. Due to this people tend to drink more than they normally would and tend to drive after having these energy/vodka mixes. Convince your friends to mix it with juices and make sure you have designated drivers!!!!

      I'm not totally sure you can. You could try something preventive in the future like tying up some dry rice in some cheesecloth (so it forms a little bag of rice) and keep that in your drink mix. ( you don't want to throw it in there loose because it will be a nuisance to pick out individual grains from your scoop.) You could tie up a little bag of rice and try it now. It might help absorb some moisture out. (you might have to change the rice once a week.)

      One thing to always keep in mind is that alcohol is both dangerous in high doses and can cause dependency, but I am sure that you already knew that.

      They have energy drinks with alcohol now, omg, if energy drinks aren't bad enough! Too much caffeine and sugar from the energy drink, combined with 12 percent alcohol is asking for trouble. With his face getting such a reaction, tell him to NOT drink those anymore. They should be taken of the shelves!
