     You will receive mixed answers. Personally, I don't think you are reducing your lifespan by consuming Monsters. There are a lot of worse things you could be doing to your body. You will be fine in my opinion. But be forewarned there are also a lot of activists that will tell you how bad it is.

   Where can I get Duff Energy Drink, Flaming Moe Energy Drink, or Lard Lad Donuts from The Simpsons?
   They had all three at the gift shop for the new Simpsons Ride at Universal Studios Hollywood, but they were ridiculous price ( for the drinks, didn't ask about the donut).       get about a pound of coca leaves from columbia preferably boil that in water with ( about a cup of sugar to thicken ), and (bout quarter of the weight of the coca leaves use kola nut) than reduce it down to a thick syrup. buy soda water ,or tonic if you want to utilize the mood elevating properties of quine and mix a table spoon to a glass of sodawater add more sugar as desired you just made cocacola no joke other spices may be added but this is pretty much it dont forget to use a filtration method

    Should I drink this energy drink?
    I have this Jeff Gordon energy sitting in front of me. I was out shopping and decided to get it. Why? Because Jff Gordon is my favourite NASCAR driver. I got the Pepsi with him on it too. Lame, I know.

    But, question is, should I drink it or pour it down the sink? A few years back I went to this cyber cafe place and drank a lot of Bawls, didn't seem to affect me that much other tham keeping myself awake. But now I haven't drunk one since and I'm kinda scared of it.

      These drinks tends to be high in sugar and caffeine. They can raise your blood pressure and heart rate very high. They are NOT soft drinks (although they are marketed as one). Large amount over a period of time can be detrimental to the body.

      there is always some warning on the label. But they are always too small for you to bother reading anyway. The warning usually say something like "do not drink more than 2 a day" .

      Personally - I wouldn't recommend ANYONE under 15 years old to drink it.
      Worse case scenario is death from heart attack

      There are anecdotal evidence that people have died from indirect result of drinking too much of this stuff. I have read of a case in my local area where one young man drank 5 of these drink in one hit then got "wild" and drove his car into a brick wall.

      DON'T under estimate what can happen to you or your friend.

      I know my answer is long and probably bordering on "lecturing" but I hate to see another person die or their health permanently impaired from their young age.

      I like monster, rockstar, full throttle, and amp energy. usually in the largest size possible if your in a area close to a school. try to keep a verity of them in stock cause i hate when a place is out of what i like!!

    I work 12 hour nightshifts in a machine shop and around 2-4 in the morning i just start getting really drowsy and just crash.

    Energy drink "V" made me hallucinate?
    OK, so I'd had this drink before. Stupidly I'd had a little too much to drink and it was silly-o-clock in the morning.     We walked up to the shop and I bought a "v" energy drink. As we were walking back I looked up at this window of an Indian restaurant and heard someone say "okay!" in response to another person. The voice seems to echo, and in comes a drum beat and a bass-line. I'm thinking that a car nearby must have just turned on their music stupidly loud, I keep on staring at the window. For some reason I'm unable to look away, I'm fixated, by choice, of course. The voice says it again, and again "Okay! Okay!". Soon the word morphs into the word "hello" and a shadow comes up to the window and puts itself against it, the sides of the window expand and I am engulfed inside it. I feel like I am stuck there for an eternity. I then realise I am still walking down the street with my friend and we are about 20 metres away from the window. I continued to hallucinate, but not that intense for the rest of the night.
    Any explanations?
    I have taken marijuana many times before, but nothing had ever happened like this before until I drank the drink. And yes, it was hash/resin.

      uhhh too many energy drinks can mess with your metabolism and it can give you heart palpitations, or if you drink like 5 redbulls in one night, your heart might just plain explode.

    Yesterday I was shopping with a friend. I usually drink the enegery drink Wicked, but where i was at there was none, so I decided to try a Rockstar instead. I hadn't even drank half the can yet when weird things started to happen. like, my heart was beating ridiculously fast, every minute or so i would become a bit dizzy and even a few times i felt as though I was tipsy. i also began to feel really nauseous and thought i was going to throw up.

    but i have hardly ever had energy drinks before, just a bit so i know its not because ive drank too much.

    I was just wondering if there is any reason why this happened and if it has ever happened to anyone who has drank Rockstar before. Or fi there is anything in it that other energy drinks dont have??

      Any Energy drink that contains Caffeine, Guarana, Taurine and B vitimins can cause these reactions. (This includes Rockstar, but also Monster, No Fear, Red Bull, and many others)

      What these chemicals do is activate your "flight or fight" response in your body. Basically they tell the primitive part of your nervous system that a sabertooth tiger just started to run at you.

      So your body speeds up your heart, your breathing (making you hyperventilate/feel dizzy/tipsy) and can also make you very irritable and reactive. It can also make your stomach turn, largely because your body is saying "RUN RUN RUN RUN!"

      Are these things dangerous? In a normal person, especially one that uses a lot of high-caffeine products...there is minimal risk. But for someone who does not drink a lot of caffiene, who may have a heart or breathing problem, yes, even a little bit of this stuff can make you react like this. And yes, there is some risk to making yourself "high" this way - you could experience an irregular heartbeat or pass out from hyperventilation. (also there is some minor evidence that energy drinks can cause stroke, but this is unproven for now)

      I don't know the drink Wicked - but It may be that it does not contain Guarana, which is like a "hyper-caffeine" and is hundreds of times stronger than regular caffeine. If so - be aware that most Energy Drinks have this compound and you may experience these symptoms again.

      Next time buy a smaller can or share it with a friend. Or just don't drink it at all.

      It's the caffeine in the drinks that is making you feel like you have a hang over.

    How many hours before giving blood can you drink caffeine?
    I only had 5 hours of sleep, i have an appointment with my college admissions place, i need to go shopping, and around 2pm i need to donate blood. Will they still take my blood then when im drinking a weaker energy drink than when i normally do now?

      Few things you need to know.
      1) only donate with a full night of sleep
      2)do not skip meals the day you donate
      3) a granola bar is not considered a meal
      4) drink plenty of water

      They will still take your blood but, should you donate not really, you didn't get enough sleep, and you did drink a lot of caffeine which is a diuretic so it could make you dehydrated.

      I have never had the orange kind before but the orginal jolt cola I have many times. I would say that as long as the bottle or can is intact and has no rust or any way for air to get into it, it should be fine more than likely.

    so the fact that I had had a headache (ive never had a migrane) so i guess it could be a migrane. but ive had it since sunday night---and its now saturday. is that bad? Will it go away? I also wake up at night and my bed is soaked in sweat as well as my clothes.
