      6. Some of them are better for you then others. Some have alot of vitamins in them and others are just sugar, water, and caffeine. Regardless, I realize that none of them are really "good for me" due to the large amounts of caffeine and sugar.

      8. I've tried most of them at some point or another.
      Red Bull, Green Monster and Rockstar all taste about the same. In other words, awful. Sorta like carbonated cough syrup.

      Full Throttle is more of a lemonade type taste which i really like. The diet version, Full Throttle Unleaded (formerly just called sugar free full throttle) is probably my favorite energy drink.

      I'm also fond of Tab energy (which has a very fruity taste and is also diet), and Mt dew amp overdrive is good too but very sugary.

      Special mention should be made of Java Monster. They are non-carbonated coffee drinks (kinda like the starbucks frappacino bottles) but they have the same energy complex that they use in the regular monster drinks. They're sooo good.

      Overall, I try to avoid the ones with sugar in them though, they make me crash alot faster then the diet versions.

      First let us have an English lesson and learn that it is ALCOHOLIC
      There are Sparks, Joose, RockStar 21, Tilt and Bud Extra are the ones I know about. My husband loves Sparks and is sad to see it go. I think Amp and Monster may also be some type of energy drink but I'm not sure if they are alcoholic.

      I drink the Rockstar in the white or the blue can. I also like Xyience. I only drink the sugar free so I don't get a crash. They do work. especially before a workout. If you are super tired though, they don't seem to do much.

      Errr redbull is the only brand of redbull there is. I'm almost 15, and I can drink one of the medium sized redbull cans, and be extremely hyper for like 20 - 30mins... Then I just calm down.. Maybe a little more hyper than normal. I don't do it often, and I've never had any harm come from it. And I'm also ADD and ADHD. I think as long as you don't do it often, there's no problem in it.

      None are good for you. You are better off with a good diet and exercise. When I started to exercise it actually gave me more energy and kind of woke my body up.
