Milo Energy Drink

id you take one too many tequila shots with your college buddies last night and are seriously regretting it this morning? All that booze has swiftly traveled up to your head through the night and now you can't think straight because of a constant pounding in your head, you are bending over to reach a bag to throw up in and you feel like you might never be able to get out of bed? Welcome to the world of hangovers.

The best cure to one is not to drink too much in the first place but if you have over-indulged yourself, don't worry. There are ways to alleviate the symptoms of a hangover.

Firstly, lets look at how you can save yourself the agony. To prevent the effects of a hangover which are mostly due to dehydration, drink as much water as possible before going to sleep. This will also assist the body in getting purged of the alcohol in your system. Taking water every once in a while during your drinking marathon can also stop hangover from occurring the next day.

Another way is to munch on something before or during drinking.

If none of these tips work or if you didn't pay heed to them then here are ways to beat the nausea, dizziness and exhaustion:

  • You must have seen people in movies waking up with hangovers and reaching for a pot of strong black coffee. Bad idea! The caffeine in coffee will serve to dehydrate your body even more. Plus, it has diuretic properties so of course it will leave your stomach feeling worse than ever.
  • Bland water too much for you to face? Substitute it with ginger ale. This will help you calm your stomach. Make sure it is flat and not fizzy.
  • Fresh fruit juice is another good option. The vitamin C found in it will provide you with quick energy that your body so craves.
  • Do not ignore your thirst. Even some energy drinks can be helpful to some people.
  • To ease the dry feeling in your mouth, take a few tablespoons of honey or stir it in with a glass of water.
  • When you have had enough water try swallowing a few slices of plain toast and keeping it down. Do not apply any topping like marmalade or peanut butter.
  • For a little freshening up and getting energy into your exhausted body, try eat a little fruit.
  • In case it's impossible for you to look at any solid food or even juices resort to multivitamins.
  • Take some aspirin to get rid of the headache. Tylenol and Panadol are common choices. Use them in the morning and not at night when your body is still loaded with the alcohol.
  • Sleep it off. Use all the remedies given above and hit the pillow again.
  • Wrap your head in a cool wash cloth or compress. Try relax.

  13. QUESTION:
Omg is this true? Calcium has some fatal side effects? (Info inside)?!?
This email message has been circulating a lot right now and it has been forwarded to me by a close friend. It looks like a guy named A1 sent this to his friend, Beth. I don't know what to make of it since its been a well known saying that calcium is a helpful nutrient. I'm a teen and I drink milk twice a day and this really alarms me!

    Dear Beth,

Thanks for the health info about calcium. Calcium is nothing without magnesium which is really a fighter for osteoporosis. I think both minerals are available in seafoods. So I think seafoods like clams and shrips are much much better than milk.. So everything about calcium, milk, etc. is purely business, purely marketing.

We do not have milk at home.

Aside from milk, do not drink or eat everything that has caffeine, like coffee, tea, iced tea, chocolate, milo, ovaltine, energy drinks, colas, etc. Caffeine is diuretic which means if you took coffee at six o clock in the morning, for six hours, that is until noon, your cells would not absorb water. All of the water that you drink during that period will go straight to your toilet, not to your cells. So you will be dehydrated, blood circulations will get weaker. That’s why many get diabetes, calcium stones in the kidney, hypertension, arthritis, etc. You don’t already drink water but you drink hazardous stuff that’ll dehydrate your body.
We should drink lots of water. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. If you want juice, make your own fresh juice, not powdered ones and not bottled or canned ones that don’t spol for ten years. Preservative is marketing term for pesticides in food.

And if you wanted to reduce weight, lessen meat, take one glass of water 30 minutes before every meal, eat fruits or drink fresh juice before eating your meal (not after meal as we normally do). Besides if we eat fruits after our regular meals it’ll probably decompose first before being digested and so it’ll probably upset the stomach
I have been doing all of these for two years na. Before almost weekly I’m w/ my doctor because I was always sick and I was always confined within a span of a year. The pain I felt was really bad. I never renewed my health insurance.
Now, thanks God, its been two years since It met my doctor. She’s probably thinking that I’ve changed doctors.
Let us have a healthy lifestyle, positive attitude and faith in God, and do not believe in whatever advertised by media.

    Best regards.

    Al

    Wht do you think? =O

    • ANSWER:
There are some true statements in that, but some of it is just bunk. Getting your calcium from dairy products is fine...in fact, that's how babies and young children typically get it to help their growing bones. Ya don't see Mommies putting seafood in their baby bottles, do you?

Caffiene is a diuretic so consumption should be limited. You should also drink plenty of water as it's healthy, helps flush toxins from the system, and is a major part of our body composition. Drinking some caffiene does not totally negate the benefits of drinking water.

Fruits and veggies are good for us, healthy, and great for people trying to lose their weight or control it...they are water rich and typically lower in calories than many other foods. Thus we can eat fewer calories but still fill up (quantity) because of all the fiber and water in fruits and veggies...not to mention various needed vitamins and minerals.

It's common sense stuff or info you can read anywhere...that email sound like's it's trying to warn or scare people. I'd delete it and not give it another thought.

  15. QUESTION:
Is this a professional lab report?
Introduction: For this experiment it is decided to make my solute milo powder and my solvent 25ml of tap water. Milo is a powdery substance when mixed with milk becomes a brown energy drink. That means milo contains dissolvable property because the attraction of the milo particles not be strong enough and will separate spreading out into the H2O particles cause a solution. It is well known that the more the concentration level of the Milo the darker brown it gets in color, which is an interesting observation considering that tap water is transparent. It is also know that the milo will be over-saturated when “leftover” milo will be seen at the bottom of the container even after constant stirring.

Problem: I know that Milo is a dissolvable substance but the main question is, Will the concentration level of milo in 0% saturated, 50% saturated and 100% saturated 25ml tap water affect the evaporation point of the solution?

Hypothesis: My hypothesis reports that the 100% saturated solution will take a longer time for evaporation then the 0% saturated tap water causing the 50% saturated solution to take somewhere between the 100% solution and 0% solution to evaporate. I believe so because the force of the milo particles will hold down the saturated solution liquid particles, causing the liquid particles to take longer to counter react and break the force, taking it longer to change phase (gas) and evaporate.

Materials: 3 plastic containers. 75ml of water. A syringe with 10ml capacity. 1 teaspoon. 1 500g-milo power packet.

Procedure: For this experiment, I will be using 25ml of tap water and cause a saturated solution by adding 3 teaspoons (tsp.) of milo power into it. Then I will leave the 3 mixtures (0%, 50% and 100%) to evaporate and observe if the level of concentration will affect the change of phase (from liquid to gas)
    1) I started of by finding the saturation point of milo powder in 25ml of tap water, which was 3 tsp.
    2) Then I poured 25ml of plain tap water into another container for 2 containers of 0% concentration percentage and 100% concentration percentage.
    3) Later on, I added another container of 25ml tap water but this time it was 50% saturated since I added 1 and a half teaspoons of milo powder into it.
    4) Once the three containers were set-up I placed the three solutions in three different metal pans.
    5) I placed the metal pans over the stove and left it for evaporation.
    6) After 5 minutes I place the solutions in the pan back to their containers and measured the solution.

    Data/Observation:
    Duration of boilingSoluteSolventPercentage of concentrationNon-evaporated
    liquid
    5 minutesN/A25ml tap water0%10.5ml
    5 minutes1.5 tsp. milo25ml tap water50%9.5ml
    5 minutes3 tsp. milo25ml tap water100%5ml

Observations: At around 2 minutes, on the 100% saturated solution, I could clearly see the difference in physical property and I also saw some dry milo on the top of the liquid. I predict this occurred because the water was already 100% saturated and there was no space for the powder to go causing it to stay at the top since its liquid had already evaporated. As time passed by the powder became less noticeable and by 4 minutes it turned back normal. After 5 minutes all the solutions had bubbles popping on above the water surface. I then waited 25 seconds for the solutions to “cool down” and then poured the solutions to 3 identical transparent glasses. I then calculated the change in liquid and converted it into percentage form for extensive data and measurements.

Conclusion: After consecutive minutes of boiling the saturated solutions and tap water, the 100% saturated solution evaporated the least, 0% saturation the most, and 50% saturated evaporated more than the 0% saturated and less than the 100% saturated. The results matched my hypothesis. The 0% saturated water was approximately 42% evaporated, the 50% saturated water was 38% saturated and the 100% saturation was 20% saturated. . The difference in volume was noticeable with the naked eye. The saturated solutions had gained a darker color but the top layer was much darker then the middle and low layers. Overall I concluded that tap water would evaporate slower if milo were dissolved in it.

  17. QUESTION:
Is this a healthy day of eating for a teenage girl?
    Today I ate...

Breakfast: Small bowl of yogurt, two pieces of organic bread with low fat cheese

Snack: Green tea & milo (sort of milk/energy drink if you don't know what that is)

Lunch: Pumpkin and sweet potato risotto with broccoli

Snack: Green tea and two homemade chop-chic biscuits (bad!)

Dinner: Boiled carrots, broccoli and one potato

Is this too much? What would you add or take away? Any teenage girls that would like to explain what they eat in a day? Thanks.

PS. not trying to lose weight; just trying to maintain it.

    • ANSWER:
You need more fruit with your snacks, and some form of protein with your dinner - chicken, fish, beef, pork, cheese, egg, quorn, anything, but you definitely need more protein! Your current diet would definitely be a diet of someone trying to lose weight!

My breakfast - cereal or porridge with a banana, mug of tea
Snack - apple and bag of crisps (but only around 100 calories), fruit tea
Lunch - huge salad with some form of protein e.g. prawns, ham or chicken, or soup (including beans) with a slice of wholemeal bread and small salad, yogurt and more fruit, diet coke
Snack - more fruit, or low fat hummus with chopped vegetables (and 2 squares of chocolate on a bad day!), mug of tea
Dinner - stir-fry - noodles, chicken, sauce and vegetables or spaghetti bolognaise
Dessert - fruit crumble and custard or low-fat ice cream

And on all this I still normally slightly decrease in weight but I try and exercise

  19. QUESTION:
What will happen if I only take Whey Protein powder and not take Creatine and Glutamine? I go to gym 3x a week?
I only have budget to buy Whey Protein Powder (brand is Gold, per scoop has 24 grams of Protein). I only take one scoop per day.
I don't take Creatine and Glutamine due to financial problems.
I do take multivitamins (Daily Advantage vitamins)and occasionally an energy drink (Bacchus) but other than that, nothing else. Sometimes I mix Milo with the whey powder but I don't think that helps much.

So anyways, my program is for gaining. I only go MWF.
I do martial arts training on week ends and it is rather strenous but I want to put it together with my body building since it'll make me a better fighter... like big muscles + martial arts experience. So, that martial arts training would also add up to the exercise for the gaining thingy.

So anyways, would drinking whey without the other aforementioned products useless?

    I'm Eurasian (Filipino-Chinese-Spanish), 5'7'', 65 kg.

    • ANSWER:
Bro, whey is a better buy than the other supplements. Why don't you buy a better priced product? That brand name stuff is a fortune!!!! Make sure you use a pure whey protein with No artificial Sweeteners, No artificial Flavors, No artificial Fillers etc.

  20. QUESTION:
What would an average fourteen year old girl eat daily???Please help :) ?
Im not sure if im eating the average amount for a 14 year old girl? I think im eating more
    This is what i eat:
Breakfast- toast and milo or cereal and toast
Lunch- sandwhich (chicken, tuna or peanut butter), yoghurt and fruit juice
Afternoon tea- Sustagen (this energy drink/nutrition drink) and biscuits or fruit or cake
Dinner- rice and curry or pasta or pizza (homemade) and cordial :)
Before bed- glass of milk and fruit :)

I do like 1 hour of exercise a day (walking, play with dog) and play netball :) once week

    • ANSWER:
That's a pretty good diet there! im a 15 yr old boy so it wouldnt be too diff to mine. All I would say is if you want to be really healthy don't have peanut butter sandwiches too often may be once to twice a week is ok, energy drink are no good as they are full of sugar!, biscuits have one to two but not daily, cake once a week is good. Eat fruit freely but yh not too much! And If you wanna stay fit and not gain weight, I would not recommend eating or drink before bed as you don't burn off any fat so I'd say at latest you can eat something an hour before but nothing too heavy in fat! Oh and your exercise per week seems A-OKAY

      Hope I Helped!

    • ANSWER:
Your diet is healthy and at your age, weight and height is the right amount of calories that you need to stay healthy. Its a balanced diet as well which is really good. But its not too much food, as you are active anyway.

  22. QUESTION:
I get hungry so easily.. Is my metabolism changing/speeding up?
This time last year whenever I had a meal I would feel full for ages! I hardly ever used to get hungry and I guess my body didn't burn up energy that efficiently.
Now I stil eat the same sort of food and have a balanced diet. I've been going for walks more often and I have 4-5 small meals a day instead of 3 and a couple of small snacks.
But it's weird because no matter what I eat I get hungry after about 2 hours!
Almost every morning I wake up quite hungry, so I have a breakfast (7am) filled with wholegrains and protein to last me, then by about 9.30 I start to get peckish. !!!
Then I have my dinner at about 6pm then around 9 when I head off to bed I get a little hungry so I have to have a drink (usually a Milo/weak hot chocolate)
Is this my metabolism speeding up? I'm really not sure on this one because I'm not taking any medication to make me feel like this and I don't exercise that much. Thanks

    • ANSWER:
It's most likely hormonal changes, as you are getting older, Hormonal changes can be responsible for increasing appetite. If you are not gaining any weight, then you are either more active or your metabolism is speeding up, which is does usually as you are in your late teens.

  23. QUESTION:
Why does drinking water make me throw up and feel sick?
I went to the doctor the other day, after heaps of tests ect. After a diagnoses of a completely unrelated matter, she also said i was in a constant state of semi dehydration. She said drink more water.

I drink 6-7 cujps of tea with milk and milo daily, thats where my main hydration comes from. But the tea has a dehydrating effect so I cut back on the tea, and now I have no caffine and no energy.

The reason I have never drunk a glass of water in my life is because it makes me throw up and jsut makes my gag reflex (no sex jokes) go crazy. I feel so nauseous and disgusting when i try to drink even a few mouthfuls. So I haven't ever drunk water by itself. My only source of water is the half n half tea I drink.

So why is this? I have moved country so many times so its definately not the water source. I just feel so sick and dizzy when I drink even a tiny bt of water by itself. Why?????
oh i'm a girl, 20, and healthy, well except the dehydration thing.

    • ANSWER:
I agree. I hate drinking straight water. It doesn't make me throw up or anything, but it's just hard to drink and therefore I avoid it.

  24. QUESTION:
What are some great food ideas for school?
As I am going to high school ( year 7 - 12 in Australia ) in about 2 weeks, I definitely need to have some food ideas for: Breakfast, Recess, Lunch, This is so I will have enough energy and I won't get any stomachaches during classes because last year I have had many stomachaches.. Now, usually I this is what I eat:

Breakfast: milo cereal, glass of water
Recess: a packet of chips or two, mango drink
Lunch: a packet of chips, mango drink

So, now I want to have a big change.. and I want it to be healthy, easy to make, or something I can buy at the supermarket. I want it to be filling as well. I have tried taking grilled cheese sandwiches to school by the way, but they got all soft and the cheese became a bit hard by the time it came to lunch Also I mainly eat fruit and dairy.. so not really vegetables and meats please. Lol I am a bit of a picky eater.

    Please help & Thanks

    P.S - I am 13 years old and I am male.

    • ANSWER:
Make sandwiches. PB&Js, turkey&ham..etc. When you do, only use dry ingredients, otherwise your sandwiches will get all mushy.
Bring healthy snacks. Take along some string cheese or maybe a bag of mixed nuts.
Bring fruits & veggies. Carrots, celery, or apples. Mangos have to be sliced right before you eat them.
Don't forget... your Vegemite Sandwich. That is an Australian favorite I hear.

  25. QUESTION:
Mug of hot chocolate/cocoa - good or bad before going to bed?
It's tradition and it's nice to have a drink hot chocolate before bed. But isn't there sugar or other chocolate stuff in it that could keep me awake for longer?
My family likes having "Milo" before bed, a brand of hot chocolate here in South Africa. It says on the container that it is energy releasing and also it has pictures of sporty people. Hopefully the energy-releasing can be stored til tomorrow and not happen when I want to go to bed.
Oh BTW if you know of any South African or Australian shops in your area (there are plenty in London), buy some Milo!

The Australian version is from Kenya and tastes different to where the SA version comes from.

It also comes as a chocolate bar (and lately here it has become a cereal, though tastes like Coco Pops or Chocos)

    • ANSWER:
he nailed it mate ..... calcium and magnesium work in tandem in the human body for healthy nerve and muscle functioning in a two to 1 relationship .... 2 parts calcium to 1 part magnesium.......... ingesting one without the other will cause deficiencies in one or the other..... too much calcium = constipation, too much magnesium = diahorrea .... calcium also needs vitamin C for effective assimilation....... calcium magnesium vitamin C are all found in abundance in green plant and salad vegies ..... in perfect harmony as nature intended ..... last time i looked there was no vitamin C magnesium in milk..... pasteurisied homogenised totally "raw enzyme" deficient commercially processed milk........ green vegies, fresh salmon and sardines and tuna, are all rich in calcium and magnesium in a far easier to assimilate form than all that milk and dairy .... the greatest myth that's ever been perpetrated on mankind is that you NeEd processed packaged milk for sufficient calcium supplies.

caffeine and processed sugary type carbonated drinks not only dehydrate you but acidify your bloodstream thus prompting your body to rip the calcium and magnesium right out of your bones in an effort to neutralise it.... a diet high in processed salt, animal protein, saturated fat, alcohol, processed sugar will all do the same thing ...icky, calcium and magnesium deficiency isn't pretty....... calcium and magnesium work in tandem for neural health, healthy digestion and heart bone and tooth health.

packaged juices and sweet drinks are loaded with processed sugar .... processed sugar destroys everything in it's path... nutritionally void, man made chemically processed useless processed sugar..... fresh fresh fresh will always be the way to go......... avoid the chemicals, preservatives, flavorings, artificial sweetners et al ad nauseum that comes along with eating processed and packaged foods and skip the production line of degenerative health.

eating fruits within an hour of anything else like meat or grains or vegetables will hinder the digestion process and produce bloating constipation gassiness etc..... as fruit digests very quickly you should always eat fruit an hour before a meal ...... or up to 3 to 4 hours after.

if you want to reduce weight ........ ditch eating processed sugar..... bottled, canned, packaged foods and drinks generally contain a lot of processed sugar .... particularly foods and drinks labelled as "diet" or "low fat" ........ ditch eating processed sugar and the weight will drop off you.

your friend did you a huge favor forwarding that email.

i too was as sick as sick can be until i ditched eating milk and dairy, pumped up my salad and green vegie intake, ditched eating all processed sugar and stopped eating processed foods and pinpointed all my food intolerances.

i'm healthy as a horse these days.

      eat fresh food.

      drink water.

and may the bounce in your step always be with ya.

      peace baby

  29. QUESTION:
Is this a professional lab report?
    Riddh Bedi
    Grade 7

Hypothesis: My hypothesis reports that the 100% saturated solution will take a longer time for evaporation then the 0% saturated tap water causing the 50% saturated solution to take between the 100% solution and 0% solution to evaporate.

Materials: 3 plastic containers. 75ml of water. A syringe with 10ml capacity. 1 teaspoon. 1 500g-milo power packet.

Procedure: For this experiment, I will be using 25ml of tap water and cause a saturated solution by adding 3 teaspoons (tsp) of milo power into it. Then I will leave the 3 mixtures to evaporate and observe if the level of concentration will affect the change of phase (from liquid to gas)

P.P.S - Do you think it is okay to eat a peanut butter sandwich with nothing else?

    • ANSWER:
PB is a good source of protein--so that on bread is not too bad... my son ONLY likes strawberry jam on his PB&J... won't eat grape... you may see if you might like trying DIFFERENT sorts of jams or jellies with your PB... it might just be that you don't like the kind you've tried so far. PB alone sticks to the roof of your mouth something awful. Make sure your school does not have any prohibitions on PB...many kids are allergic these days.

You should have a glass of milk with your breakfast. You are still growing and you need the calcium for your bones and the protein for muscle.

Do you like yogurt? You can pack that for lunch with a freezer-pack to keep it cold...you said you like dairy. Strawberries and grapes travel well and are good for you.

How do you feel about eggs? Hard boiled eggs are good for breakfast and lunch... they keep pretty well unrefrigerated if they are still in their shells. They are a high quality form of protein. You can boil up a dozen eggs at the beginning of the school week and have 3 each morning...

You could by an insulated thermos and bring hot foods like soup or pasta with sauce, or macaroni and cheese.

For recess--how about a packet of nuts (Peanuts, cashews, soynuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts?) They will give you more energy than chips. If you must have something "snacky" pretzels are far better for you than chips. Have a bottle of water with your recess snack.

You should stay away from juices, really--most have too much added sugar and even the ones that are 100% natural are too caloric. Again--you should be drinking milk with your lunch... you will be going through a huge growth spurt over the next few years and you will need that for your growing bones and muscle.

string cheese sticks--the kind that come individually wrapped are easy to toss in your bag and good for a snack...

Are there ANY veggies that you do like? I know you said you don't care for many... but somethings my picky kids will eat are cucumbers salted with a dash of vinegar, strips of bell pepper, raw baby carrots, raw cellery sticks. Whatever it is that you do like--try to put it into the rotation if possible. Even a pickle is better than no veg.

I would try to add a little fruit to your breakfast--especially where you are not big on vegetables--you need the fiber and vitamins. Bananas are easy--perhaps you can slice them and add them to top your cereal? A half of a grapefruit is a good choice, or an orange. Oranges are easy to toss in the lunch bag too for school.

I make fruit smoothies for my kids for breakfast often--I jsut throw some yogurt in the blender with a peeled banana and frozen berries from the freezer--you can buy a bag of mixed berries here - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries... I add a little milk just to thin it out a bit if it is too thick.

I'm glad you are looking to make some healthy changes because the diet you stated above is really unhealthy--no wonder you had tummy troubles!

      * * *

Goodness...did no one else note that the boy says he doesn't like veg or meats? Nearly everyone posted suggestions with those things and little else!!!!

      here are some great tips

      # Pack a grain to give you some complex carbohydrates for long lasting energy. Granola is a good choice because there are all sorts of flavors for specific tastes, and it is fairly easy to eat. Rice or noodles served cold are very tasty and easy to pack as well.

      # Packing a refrigerated food such as a meat, cheese or yogurt is very satisfying in your lunch as well as being needed to make it a balanced meal. Cheese sticks or cheese squares are very quick and easy. Turkey, ham or salami slices are very easy to pack and quite tasty, as well as fairly healthy. Yoplait or Activia brand yogurt is delicious and convenient. Gogurts are a messier food and can easily explode in the lunchbox.

      # The last food you should pack is a vegetable and some sort of spread to go with it. Celery is incredibly handy because you can spread almond or peanut butter or pimento cheese in the crevasse. Carrots are excellent because they are delicious, nutritious and easy to pack. After you have added the vegetable, you will have a complete, balanced, tasty and healthy lunch. All that's left is to add some silverware and you're done!

  39. QUESTION:
What are some great food ideas for school? ?
As I am going to high school ( year 7 - 12 in Australia ) in about 2 weeks, I definitely need to have some food ideas for:

    Breakfast,
    Recess,
    Lunch,

This is so I will have enough energy and I won't get any stomachaches during classes because last year I have had many stomachaches..

I have tried taking grilled cheese sandwiches to school by the way, but they got all soft and the cheese became a bit hard by the time it came to lunch

Also I mainly eat fruit and dairy.. so not really vegetables and meats please..

    Please help
    & Thanks

    P.S - I am 13 years old and I am male.

  40. QUESTION:
Is this a professional lab report?
if not could you please tell me what is wrong?

Introduction: For this experiment I have decided to make my solute milo powder and my solvent 25ml of tap water. Milo is a powdery substance when mixed with milk becomes a brown energy drink. That means milo contains dissolvable property because the attraction of the milo particles not be strong enough and will separate spreading out into the H2O particles cause a solution. I also know that the more the concentration level of the Milo the darker brown it gets in color, which is an interesting observation considering that tap water is transparent. I also know that the milo will be over-saturated when I will find “leftover” milo at the bottom of the container even after constant stirring.

Problem: I know that Milo is a dissolvable substance but the main question is, Will the concentration level of milo in 0% saturated, 50% saturated and 100% saturated 25ml tap water affect the evaporation point of the solution?

Procedure: For this experiment, I will be using 25ml of tap water and cause a saturated solution by adding 3 teaspoons (tsp) of milo power into it. Then I will leave the 3 mixtures to evaporate and observe if the level of concentration will affect the change of phase (from liquid to gas) I started of by finding the saturation point of milo powder in 25ml of tap water, which was 3 tsp. Then I poured 25ml of plain tap water into another container for 2 containers of 0% concentration percentage and 100% concentration percentage. Later on, I added another container of 25ml tap water but this time it was 50% saturated since I added 1 and a half teaspoons of milo powder into it.

    • ANSWER:
Yeah there are a few problems. First of all, you never use first person. Also use third person. For example: "For this experiment I have decided to make my solute milk powder and my solvent 25ml of tap water" change to "For this experiment, it is decided to select solute milk powder and the solvent 25ml of tap water.

      Also, number your procedure.
