Mother Energy Drink

Want more energy? Take a cue from the bees! They are one of the most industrious species out there- they work hard! If you are used to caffeine, you may not feel the effects right away- given it's a natural supplement, it works as a slow build rather than a rush, as with caffeine.

While you are at the health food store stocking up on ginseng, also check out Gotu Kola. Another herb that is packed with nutrients to increase your energy and get you feeling great. It has the added benefit of assisting with hyper tension, and depression. With Ginseng and Gotu Kola, you'd be pretty much on your way to feeling awesome in no time.

This is a biggie: drink your water! 80% of us don't drink the recommended amount of water each day, and that could be the key to your fatigue. Being dehydrated makes you tired, and caffeine in soda will make the problem worse. Caffeine will wear off, leading to crash hours later, but it's also a diuretic so you'll end up even more dehydrated. Aim for a 8 oz glass of water each hour. You'll feel an immediate difference!
If you aren't eating breakfast, that could be a major player in why you feel so horrible. Eating breakfast is the single most important mea l of the day. Why? First, you spend hours (ideally 8) resting and NOT eating or drinking, so your body definitely needs to replenish the stores. If you run low on time, grab a piece of fruit or yogurt, or blend them together for a portable meal.

Statistically you aren't eating enough protein (girls, that particularly means you), which would greatly impact your energy throughout the day! Adding some protein to a meal helps you feel full longer, and keeps your blood sugar from spiking then crashing a few hours later. If you like smoothies, add some protein powder to the mix. Take some string cheese with your lunch, or a baggie of nuts if you are a vegetarian. Get more protein, and you'll feel a difference at the end of the day.

Adding some fiber to your diet will see your energy levels raise instantly. Fiber helps keep us full longer, which means our food takes longer to digest. The reason junk food leaves us feeling tired shortly afterwards is because it takes almost no time to digest. It's all sugar and no fiber! So get some fiber in there, and you'll find that you aren't crashing an hour or two after eating.

Keep your energy sustained throughout the day by exercising! It doesn't take much to get the benefits- just a 10 minute walk will get you feeling different. But do exercise! Our bodies actually crave movement, and will respond positively when you get it going. Start moving, and you will see that you are more energized, not less.

      I wouldn't suggest someone having caffeine unless they're at least 13, but there's really no "magic age" that you can consume caffeine.

      You should look at the ingredients that make it an energy drink. Many energy drinks use caffine as their "kick". A safer option might be "Emergen-C". It is a vitamin C supplement that you add to water.

      Mother cans come with information, if you just read the can you should be able to find the limit. However as it is a 500ml can i would say that it should be a one can a day limit. Seeing as many 250ml cans have a 2 a day limit.

      Also it shouldn't matter if you have 3 just for today, just don't make a habit of it.

      A really bad idea. Mother Energy also sold as Relentless is a high energy stimulant drink. On it's own it doesn't contain enough calories, and the ones in there will spike your blood sugar levels, add that to the stimulants and if you are lucky you'll be moody as hell, if you are unlucky you could have heart palpitations or worse.

      If you want to lose weight, eat sensibly and do more exercise!

      and call the help line or customer service to talk to them about the effects your having from there product.
      I'm sure there is a warning on the can, that it is not recomended to drink many of there drinks.

      These drinks tends to be high in sugar and caffeine. They can raise your blood pressure and heart rate very high. They are NOT soft drinks (although they are marketed as one). Large amount over a period of time can be detrimental to the body.

      there is always some warning on the label. But they are always too small for you to bother reading anyway. The warning usually say something like "do not drink more than 2 a day" .

      Personally - I wouldn't recommend ANYONE under 15 years old to drink it.
      Worse case scenario is death from heart attack

      There are anecdotal evidence that people have died from indirect result of drinking too much of this stuff. I have read of a case in my local area where one young man drank 5 of these drink in one hit then got "wild" and drove his car into a brick wall.

      DON'T under estimate what can happen to you or your friend.

      I know my answer is long and probably bordering on "lecturing" but I hate to see another person die or their health permanently impaired from their young age.

      most if not all energy drinks are unhealthy and not meant for continued use, but rather for quick fixes to a morning after an all-nighter or the like. try getting more actual rest and drinking water instead for a while and try reintroducing them after a while. i do not recommend drinking energy drinks on a regular basis.

      but anyway after first bottle there is no adverse reaction in you. so the second won't do anything to you.

      I'm afraid not. There are some stores around in large cities that import cool and different things from other countries but it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. You'd have to get really lucky.

      Depends on the amount of cocoa contained in the chocolate, the higher the cocoa percentage in the chocolate the higher the caffeine content. So if your energy drink has 200 mg of caffeine in it, and then you eat a 70% cocoa chocolate bar, then you are going to get a pretty good buzz from both of them. There are no symptoms other than caffeine overload and maybe a racing heart...!

    I took 20mg of Valium and shortly after i drank a mother energy drink (500 ml)... all day i've been feeling quite happy/high but feel very tight in the chest which is hurting a bit... but not enough to be too worried... and also that randomly my hands would shake quite violently during the day... and are still shaking a bit now..
    yeah it does say not to drink alcohol with it... but considering i've never had this reaction from valium alone before i was just wondering, considering one is an upper and the other a downer..
