Pink substance in throw up?
Last night I threw up a substance that was pink with some tiny red dots, it was not a liquid but more of a small separated solid. The pieces were very small. It did not pour out of me, but there was enough substance there for me to be concerned. I did eat one bowl of cereal before hand, yet none of this was visible in the substance.

In any other case I would go directly to the doctors, but this has many variables that could have caused it and also I do not have health insurance.

Variables:
-Little sleep the night before
-Very active day (Ie Skatebording, worked out, worked for 5 hours)
-Ate very little during the day
-Swallowed a "10 hour energy" drink
-Habitual smoker - MMJ patient (medical marijuana)

My guess would be the lining of my stomach being thrown up because I had not eaten enough during the day to support my bodies activity. And this was probably made worse by the energy supplement I took? But if you think this may be more serious please let me know...

  My sister swears by "5 hour energy" drink at Dollar General by the register. I tried it and didn't notice anything. You just drink 1/2 bottle at a time and it has to be used within 72 hours of opening or thrown out. Has B vitamins and the caffeine of a cup of coffee and other stuff...in a tiny bottle. No sugar.   It's probably some ingredient in the drinks that you are allergic to, but it is possilbe to get a rash from caffeine itself. My sister gets one if she's had too much coffee. It's not too common, tho, so you may want to check the ingredients of the energy drink. It's possible its from one of the herbal ingredients--I think it even has milk thistle, which a lot of people are allergic to. What you could do is try another source of caffeine--tablets or coffee or Mountain Dew--and see if you get the same reaction. If not, it's something in the Rock Star drinks.

QUESTION:
Are you loyal to your favorite driver's sponsors, or do you not care?
I'm curious as to how loyal other Nascar fans are to their favorite driver. We are huge Jimmie Johnson fans, and I haven't shopped at a Home Depot in 7 years (even though their prices are usually a bit cheaper). I'm in a Lowe's at least every other week. I only buy Kobalt tools (unless it's cheap junk I can get at Harbor Freight). I even feel good when I put Sunoco gas in my minivan, though I usually buy Kroger gas because of the discount. Even driver's I don't like very much get my support when there's a choice. NOS energy drink is yummy. I was tickled pink when the Auto Zone gave me Raybestos brakes. So who is your favorite driver and are you loyal to their sponsors, or are you loyal to the general, non-driver specific Nascar sponsors?

  1, I use 3M instead of other stick on products, and I use post it notes (Biffle)
  2, I use Old spice (old sponsor), we use Mobile 1, but we go to office max (Stewart)

QUESTION:
Why does my cat's nose rapidly turn from pink to white?
My cat's nose keeps turning white. I have read that this may be a sign of anemia etc. The problem is- lately is has been turning from pink to white and vice-versa several times a day. He also has a LOT of energy and has been running around basically all the time playing with stuff. The only other think I can think of that would be relevant is that about three weeks ago he got in a car accident and had to have his tail amputated. There were no broken bones (the tail was amputated due to vascular/nerve damage- it was dying). He had to wear a plastic head cone for a while, and his nose was occasionally white- I think because it was more inconvenient for him to drink water and so he would get dehydrated.

  I have a Chocolate Point Siamese ( Hannah ), who was born with a regular brown nose. At about a year, her nose started to get a pink spot on it. Gradually, over about 8-10 months, the nose became completely pink. During the day, if she'd been asleep, the nose would be white.....then, turn pink when she started moving around! She was checked out by the vet.......nothing wrong with her!
  
  When she was about 8 years old, the pink/white nose started to regain it's brown color.......very slowly. She is now 11 and her nose has only ONE SMALL DOT of PINK left on it.
  
  So........unless your cat is showing other signs of illness, I wouldn't worry about it.
  
  BTW: One of Hannah's brothers ( a Blue Point Siamese ) had the same thing happen to him.......so, it may have been something in the genes.......

I think it's discusting when the mothers FORCE there kids to go in the pageants. If the kids like going in the pageants the fine I don't mind. But I hate when I see the mothers DRAGGING there screaming kid on stage. And some of those mothers are CRAZY!! This one mom gave her 6 YEAR OLD 3 Monster Energy Drinks. I'm a teen and I'm not allowed to drink that (lol) And a lot of those kids are spoiled rotten. The newest episode, the 7 year old kid said , "I like pink , i like money , i like pageants , and I like money." She was counting her money in her pink room. 102 , 103 , 104....

So overall , It depends to me.

  I think it's crap. Those kids are going to grow up to be extremely high maintence. Plus, all those mothers are obviously living through their daughters. I mean really? I saw one where a mom got her daughter's eyebrows waxed and she was 8. There's nothing TO WAX! Then another girl was getting spray tanned. Which I guess isn't uncommon in these pageants, but is still crap. I'm not allowed to get spray tanned (not that I want to) and I'm a teen, as well. Another girl started shaving her legs at age 7. So I guess like you said if the kid likes them, it's fine. But from all the episodes I have seen, it doesn't appear that any of these kids like them.
