     I wouldn't know.. but if you're looking for a drink with some kick, try guzzling some Red Bull. I won't lie, it's not hyped up on guarana or anything ridiculously unnecessary, but it has as much caffeine as three coffee cups.

     You can try some of the other drinks in 7/11 and stuff like Monster... I haven't tried them before, so don't ask me about those. All I know about is Red Bull.

     Caffeine should be avoided when TTC. The only acceptable caffeine in small doses is in Green tea as it does not have the same negative affects on the body as regular caffeine.    RELENTLESS (Energy Drink) gave my heart a spikey/needle pain feeling?
   OK, so today, i drank 1 can of relentless and finished all of it. But afterwards, this light pain, lasting for about 3 minutes, on my HEART? like a spike pain? WHY did this happen? And yes fair enough, energy drinks do increase heart beat etc, BUT is it normal for it to cause PAIN to my Heart? I don't think so.

   So watch out guys, just letting you know, Relentless drink is not to be trusted.
   And im only age 17 with no heart problems.
   Hm... ok. I think i'll stick to Coffee. I actually put 7 teaspoon of coffee once and nothing happened and and i did sleep normal too!

   There is something else in Relentless which is dangerous. It isn't the caffeine thats for sure!
   I agree it definitely doesn't give me energy, nor does it help me stay awake at all. Placebo effect for sure. I guess because it's better than Alcohol i tend to drink it sometimes. But i have decided to stop altogether with these useless poisonous drinks.

     There is no "energy" in so-called energy drinks and certainly no energy in Relentless. There is, however, a high caffeine count. The Coca-Cola Company has tossed in a few B vitamins for legitimacy. It could be the added niacin that caused your problem or the caffeine but I doubt your heart was involved.

     Read up on the harmful effects of too much caffeine. Why are you relying on "energy drinks" and coffee at your age??? You should be the last person to need artificial "energy".

    Should I be concerned about this after effect of drinking Relentless Energy drink?
    I drank a Relentless energy drink at about 9:00AM on an empty stomach, but about 10:30/11:00AM I started to get a head ache, feeling sick and shaky. I thought I was just hungry so I ate a granola bar, some crisps and a little pasta which helped with the sickness feeling, but it's now 16:30 and I still feel shaky and sick, it's not as bad as it was but I am sort of concerned if this is normal and if there is anything I can do to ease the shakes?

      Energy drinks are not really good at all. They harm your body with chemicals and give you un - naturally sourced energy. No wonder you're feeling queasy. Instead of an energy drink, try adding some nuts (natural protein) to your breakfast. That will give you some energy without harming your body.

    Was this normal after a can of relentless energy drink?
    Something happened last night while trying to fall asleep. It was definitely the worst experience i have had in a fair few years, and is quit hard to explain.
    Basically after a few hours of gaming (with the energy drink) i went to sleep and found i couldn't (this was obvious why). Any who i found after a while i became very uncomfortable and started feeling fear, why im not sure but as well as this i started hearing music in my mind it was very loud but at the same time very clear like it was from a pair of headphones. At the same time i felt very cold and stiff almost shaking and unable to move. I was also seeing circles patterned around each other burnt into my vision. i have looked online for an answer but found nothing this is the first time i felt like this along with a real sense of fear, all of this was happening while awake and cannot explain what it was or what it meant. I'm not even sure if it was due to the energy drink.

      1) a drink called V (i checked the back it has 36mg/100ml) its the highest ive come across

      2) personally, red bull.. thought lucozade orange is good. if you want a change though powerade is more flavour intensive.

      3) powerade, as it is an isotonic drink. these replace the lost of sodium which occurs during exercise. though if you want energy, lucozade original works best.

      A lot of energy drinks has caffeine, chemicals, &/or plant juices that are hard on the stomach. They can also cause your stomach to constrict which irritates the stomach which can cause nausea and vomiting. Depending on what the main ingredient in the specific drink is, what your mixing it with, or if you drink it on an empty stomach can cause nausea. Your stomach may be extra sensitive to a specific ingredient in the drink. If I drink too much caffeinated soda I can get nauseous. The weird thing is if I drink coffee which has even more caffeine in it I don't get as sick. But, anything that has bubbles is absorbed quicker in your body. Which is why most alcoholic drinks are mixed with something bubbly or are bubbly. Hope this helps!

      Energy drinks are acidic. Plus they have a lot of sugar, which also breaks down into acid. They are destroying your enamel. Sensodyne has a type out now that is supposed to protect from acid erosion. That should help with the sensitivity.

    I remember reading somewhere that Relentless the energy drink contains something like 0.04% horse urine. I also remember somebody telling me that aswell.

    I drink on average two Monster or Relentless 500ml Energy Drinks a day and sometimes 3, and apart from too much sugar and caffeine addiction, what are the long term effects of drinking that much?
    Regarding the two below anwsers, i consider my self an athlete and do a lot of excersise, which is part of the reason i drink them so weight gain isn't really an issue, also, i understand the risk of rotting teeth but i think manage that quite well, are there any other long term risks? My step-uncle told me that it could harm you when your older, and someone else told me that it could affect my sperm count when im older... are they possible/true?

      Some energy drinks come with warning NOT TO DRINK more than X amount in one day for the stimulant in that drink can cause heart problems if in large quantities, or so I am told (and is logical)

      You'll be ok. Eat something & drink plenty of fluids, such as water. If you have trouble sleeping, take some diphenhydramine (aka benadryl) & you should be just fine in the morning.

      you are drinking too much caffeine. you need to make sure you drink enough water. and I suggest you to stop drinking energy drinks and drink coffee or tea as a replacement. Sleep also works very well in restoring energy.

      I used to drink the monster BFC can's a lot when i was studying for tests in college. It turns out too much caffeine can really screw with your body. My sleep pattern was always off and i was jittery and had trouble thinking straight all the time. I had doctors tell me i had ADHD, Anxiety disorder, Bipolar, etc. One doctor tried putting me on hardcore antidepressants. Finally when i looked up caffeine overdose the same symptoms came up. I stopped drinking monster and i'm fine now.

      I would say a Light Ice double "double shot" from Starbucks (made by a barista; not the can).

      It cost less than those energy drinks because they only charge you for an Iced Americano + milk and it contains real ingredients.

      You can always try to ask for even more espresso shots while you're waiting/staring!! at the barista and they will give it to you for free because of the "always say YES" policy. Especially if it's not too busy.

      I've never tried Relentless before. I should go ahead and give it a go. As for others, i hate Full Throttle. just takes like liquified gummy bears, nasty. Monsters are okay. Although i especially love the Mean Bean Java Monster. that is prolly my favorite. its like a mix of monster + starbucks haha Amp is okay. Noz isnt the greatest. Redbull i can drink, its good. and i heard Redline works best to keep you awake, but i've never tried it myself.
