How you think has a profound, powerful impact on your life and the circumstances that surround you. Too many people languish in depression, anger and confusion, when the power to change their worlds depends on the power of their thought life. They think that if they only had this possession, or that per 00004000 son's affection that their lives would be perfect. Unfortunately, this way of thinking puts the cart before the horse and causes more misery than people should have to endure.

The end results of possessions, love, happiness and health are not things to be obtained to make your life a positive experience. The opposite is true - by becoming a positive influence on the world around you, with your thoughts and vision, you will be directly influencing circumstances, and attracting the things that will accentuate the positive world that you create with your positive thoughts. Things do not make for positive lives; positive, creative thinking leads to truly attracting the stuff that dreams are made of. Your thought energy can be positive and constructive or negative and destructive... The choice rests with you.

Your Vibrational Frequency

We know so little about the quiet, invisible influence of our personal energy, as it relates to the world. Simply because conventional science has no way to measure this energy, is no reason to assume it does not exist. All physical things, human beings included, are constructed of moving, vibrating particles. When your thoughts are consumed with anger and negativity, you are forcing those vibrations to operate at a level that is anything but optimal for achieving success. By directing your thoughts, and thus your life, on the positive, your personal vibration frequency drastically changes and improves. The end result is a life that attracts positive feelings, people and experiences.

Thought power is not a new concept. It is an ancient power as old as time itself. Every major religion has teachings that reflect the power of thinking positively. The ancient proverbs of the Old Testament state: "As a person thinks, so they are." This succinctly captures the essence of how your thoughts affect your life and circumstances. Thinking negative, doubtful thoughts invites sickness, pain and misery. Changing your mindset is the first step in changing your life for the better.

Happy-Thoughts-Mentality

Make no mistake, thought energy is not simply cheering up and looking on the bright side of life. It is, instead, a focused, determined act of the will. By mastering your thoughts, you will take the first step in mastering your life and the world around you. This is far more encompassing than any pie in the sky, think happy-thoughts-mentality. When you learn to focus your thoughts on positive, affirming, life giving concepts, you are harnessing one of the most powerful forces in the Universe. You are the master of your destiny. Take charge of that destiny by practicing the ancient art of focusing your mind's energy on the positive and forsaking the negative. Your world will change for the better as a result. The power to change your life and your destiny rests solely on how you think, take care to guard your mind and direct your thoughts carefully, and with purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
Is it okay to major in english for a desired career in broadcast journalism?
You see, my first choice of career would be "writer".
Novelist, possibly essayist, to be exact.
    Not so much columnist...

Anyway, because writing is such a volatile career path, I feel like it's necessary to have a backup other than "english professor".

And that's where broadcast journalism comes in! I'd really like to be on camera. I feel like I already have the necessary skills and natural abilities- they just need to be perfected. I figure broadcast journalism grad school and an internship or two would sufficiently take care of this no matter what my undergrad major is.

I'm also open to other on-camera hosting or presentation jobs. I'd probably be set for those jobs too, as I plan to become a promoter for Rockstar or Monster energy drinks or some club/even promotion company... like one of those girls at the events who gets their picture taken and hands out product.

I don't know... I'd just really rather not major in communications or production or journalism because above all I'd like to write.

Am I delusional or does my little plan have a chance of working? :)

    • ANSWER:
yeah ,of course. I am a journalist and i majored in english before

  2. QUESTION:
What to eat before a 5 hour test?
I have a huge test coming up this weekend. I'd like to know what type of foods I should eat that will give me the energy to stay focused throughout this test. I need to be very concentrated for this exam, my whole career depends on this :( Please let me know if you have any good suggestions. Also, I don't want to be taking any energy drinks, so don't recommend me taking redbull, rockstar, 5 hour energy, etc...Also, I don't want to be eating heavy foods either (I don't want to get drowsy and sleepy during the test)

    Thanks a bunch!! :)

    • ANSWER:
Spaghetti is a nice meal to have when you want to be full and satisfied for a long period of time, but if there are breaks during the test I would pack fruit like a banana or an apple so that if you do indeed get hungry your eating something good that will help you think instead of eating something from a vending machine.
