    I live in Sydney Australia. I was wondering if there are any stores with a wide variety of different energy drinks?

    From what I have gathered to try different sorts I have to check out different convenience stores and small supermarkets that are scattered everywhere.

    I have (so far) tried Wild NRG, V (normal, black and fruit), Red Bull, Live Wire, Superman, Rhino, Real Madrid, Monster Energy (original and fruit). I have tried a couple of others, but I don't recall the names.

    Is there a store in Sydney where I can find all, most or many of the energy drinks available in Australia? If not, what store in Sydney can I go to with a large number of energy drinks?

      Supermarkets, bottle shops and service stations are the best places to find them.

      red bull is what i recomend along with V.

      mother has the amount of caffine as 12 coffees, so dont have it so often.

      I guess not very well. I live in WYOMING, and I have never heard of Stingers. So there you have at least SOME response from SOME part of the USA!!!

    Help me plan out a diet and fitness plan?
    Im 16
    Fairly short, slim, but not really healthy

    My daily diet includes a bottle of V energy drink, A packet of chips, dinner (usually meat and vegetables or pasta) and dry biscuits

    Every weekend i go on a 20 minute walk to my shopping centre and back when i meet up with friends. That's about the most i exercise.

    I have a set of dumbbells, but i find it hard keep motivated to curl them each day. When i do get round to it i do 2 sets of 8kgs

    Summer is coming up (in Australia) and i want to look my best for the beach.
    Can anyone help me with a diet and fitness plan for each day?
    Incl: No. of sit ups, push ups, curls to do.
    What to eat etc.

    I really like my V (guarana), but I probably shouldn't have it 5 days a week. Can you help me choose a substitute?

      If you want to look good for the beach then get out the dumb bells. There are many lifts you can do. Curls, bench, shoulder press, flys, upright rows, lunges, split squats etc etc etc. Supplement with pushups, pullups and crunches or sit ups. Generally three sets of 10 to 15 reps with a minute of recovery between every other day or at least 3 x per week.
      Diet, lose the chips and empty carbs. Eat a little protein at each meal and cut down on bread, pasta and potatoes. A protein shake drink half before your work out and the other half right after your workout. You will start to see results in 4 weeks.

    ''People are becoming inspired by the characteristics of the vampire and see them as a source of fulfilling their potential and inner abilities,'' Associate Professor Possamai said.

    Researcher Danielle Kirby used the ''Otherkin'', who meet in an online forum and believe they are partially or entirely non-human, to examine the phenomenon. In her paper, she found about 800 members of the Otherkin network, including those who identified as dragons, elves, vampires, fairies and angels. The internet had helped concentrate their underlying broadly neo-pagan beliefs, she said.

    The online and secretive nature of many self-described vampires - some who profess to drink blood, others who consume ''psychic energy'' - make it difficult to pin down numbers but believers say there could be 300 in Australia.

      Pretty ridiculous in all honesty. Some people have bought into this vampire craze so much that they really do believe in it. I bet Kriss Poison has every Twilight book and has all the DVD's. Well, guess what Kriss? Drinking your poor husbands blood still doesn't make you a vampire.
